Hi, I can’t activate the theme, I tried multiple times, deleted everything and reinstalled WordPress v5.3.2 and still it doesn’t activate with the purchase code. Any help????

Hi, I was checking your Home 2 demo, Homepage works full screen on desktop but when I shrink the browser to smaller size, the items under best sellers disappear.
I am wanting to buy it but just wondering if it has been fixed?

I can't stress enough how much time you will waste should you decide to buy it and use it. After ~1-1.5 month of working on the specific theme a problem with Elementor and a required theme's plugin occured. Elementor was unusable so you could pretty much not edit anything on the theme .
I contacted the author and after many messages back and forth the said they could not replicate the problem on their pcs.
I tested it in more than 10 pcs and 2 different office locations with no luck . ( Of course videos showing 2-3 pcs side by side having the same was sent to the author ) After about 10 days of messages the author said that they can offer any other theme from the collection I want, not a refund.
I picked and payed for this theme because it had some elements I liked and after not being usable they offer to send another theme from the collection, like it is sure I want - like a theme from their collection .
I thought about it for some days and when I got back to themeforest to respond to their ticket and ask envato to look into it as I was not comfortable getting any other theme , to my suprise there was no refund ticket open nor could I reopen a refund ticket from the same purchase. It's not the $59 that I care about, I mean I lost ~1 month of work on this theme and they didn't even bother to offer a refund by themselves. Even if they fix this issue I can't trust putting work to it in fear of it suddenly not working in the future.Bare in mind, the 1 star is not only for not getting a refund, it's for the whole theme experience, 30+ days of wasted work!
