Hello, we’re interested in buying your theme. The issue is, it’s extremely slow and utilizes too many .js and .css code which is not required if we don’t use corresponding elements of the theme. The theme is of high quality, but a website that has a 1 second of wait time and 3 seconds to load is too much. Is there an efficient way to get rid of unused files without damaging the theme? I already bought several themes here and this was the one that allowed me more customization and that is why I'm giving it 5 stars. The others have a general options menu and you can't change much. In this one you can change almost everything! I think it is a great theme for a portfolio. I would suggest, however, a different design for the shop (instead of the add to cart button, the second image should appear, for example), and also a different design for the blog in order for those two to be as awesome as the porfolio theme. Also, I would suggest putting a option on the portfolio images to add text between the images, like a behance portfolio. That is what is missing in this theme, because for the rest, for the portfolio, I loved it. But I bought a different theme for the blog and for the shop for those to be as awesome as the portfolio.My site: https://catarinagarciaart.com

Hi working on the halogen-galleria version I´m trying to fit some images with different sizes. but all of them appears with the same size. It depends from the image size? or there is an option to select how the image can be bigger or small? thanks for your support, any help will be appreciate.

Hi, I’ve just bought Halogen and when I go to import the demo data it only gives me ‘Halogen’ as an option rather than any of them demo sites (I’m wanting to use Radiant as my base), any idea why that’s happening? Also even if I do try to import the data it tends to always stall around 90%

Hello, I have three pre-sale questions and would appreciate it if I can get some feedback on them if possible. The first question, are you able to remove the bottom footer in the theme? (Where the logo, copyright and social icons are located on the theme) The second question, are you able to remove the line going across the bottom above the bottom footer? The third question, is it possible to move the description, additional information, reviews section on the product single page to the bottom center of the image (the default WooCommerce area)? This theme is full of bugs, I have all in order (updated), and it doesn’t let me add new portfolio items, they all appear with the same number constantly so I can only add one item!!!! Nothing more! Hello, Thank you for your work on this theme. Looks very promising. I have some questions before purchasing, 1. I’d like to know if it’s possible to randomize the items orders on the portfolio page? Talking about the Galleria page, specifically. 2. Is it possible to have text on the images in the Glide page? As an example, on the image of the 2 hands? Or should that be done on the image itself? 3. I’m guessing this is possible but just to be sure, is it possible to turn off the footer completely? Or at least make it very thin? And lastly, 4. are there options for the Polaroid page for the columns and also the space between the items? Thank you.

This is a very difficult theme to use-- very little help is available and i am not happy with it-- for the price i must use it but it is very complicated and i am more than unhappy with this

I love the theme! But unfortunately I can not seem to embed a YouTube video in a portfolio item. I have tried to add any possible form of the YouTube ID in the add single video via youtube section but it does not seem to embed properly, even though the iFrame does show up in the HTML file, could you help me with this?
