Your template looks very good. Great job! I was testing it on mobile (Chrome) a I had all sorts of problems with loading. There was extended (over 60 seconds) wait for loading repeatedly. Sometimes I had instances of no loading at all. Would you please clarify what could be the problem here

I bought the the template, unfortunately it is not loading on safaris, It just shows the loader image forever. what could be the problem? I am also unable to use it without internet access, the same loader image appears forever, so it becomes inconvenient for offline editing.

This is definitely a good template, great work BUT.....
SUPPORT SUCKS!!! PERIOD.
I bought the extended support and after numerous attempts (8 to be exact) I am still to get the Contact form to work.
The only email I got back was to ask me if I had the file. After that nothing at all. Its been a month!!! I believe I gave it enough time.
WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER template again. I had my website live and remains live without a contact form.
