Just installed this and it broke wordpress. We’re in production and you’re refusing me support!? Why? I’m not buying another support contract when I purchased the damn thing last week. You advertised 6 months of support.

Hola, necesitamos ayuda con el menú. ya que nos queda en transparente.
No es lo mismo que el original.

Puede configurar el menú en ambas páginas web ya que tampoco podemos cambiar los colores en general de la web con el theme.
esperamos una pronta respuesta.

I bought the theme today and did the setup as per the document; but the demo did not worked good and it appears all junk allover
please help to resolve at the earliest;

This product is not supported. I purchased a second license and am unable to communicate with Envato or the Author about the installation problems. Site is now broken and not able be used while it is a production site.
Extremely pissed. This isn’t a good product at all.

Hello, we need help with the menu, because the menu is transparent to us. It’s not the same as the original.

Can the menu be configured on both web pages? because we cannot change the colors on the web with the theme either.

When I TRY to import dummy content it says:
