hello DORO I have bought and used your theme. That’s very wonderful. I want you to support me with the following: currently the background color of the Video HOME VIDEO slider is black and it is very dark, I want it to be softer. Or you can remove it.thanks

Good morning
I bought a DORO template, installed WordPress and all required plugins. I would like to install the full template – as shown as a demo [full descriptions, pictures, page layout].
Where can I import or activate this option?
It also shows up for me to activate WPBakery Page Builder as a separate purchase license, do I have to do this since it is part of the DORO template?

There appear to be a number of issues with this theme when trying to add background images or colours to rows and using some of the row opions (full height) in WP Bakery. The defult background seem to be white and does not change not matter what options I use.

The author is very quick to respond to questions and provides an update of the theme quickly when it needs further finetuning. Instructions and sample content works perfectly and gets you on your way of setting up the website.The theme would be perfect if it worked with vanilla Wordpress and used Gutenberg blocks instead of the additional WPBakery page builder. But alas, it needs WPBakery.

Hi there, I just sent you an email a few minutes ago but I’m not sure if this is the easiest way to reach out to you. Just purchased the theme and I’m having issues installing it. The plugins are not there and getting a few errors when trying to import dummy data.
I installed the plugins manually. The other issue I’m having now is with the menu bar. No matter what I do, I cannot add any items to it.
The last error I see is that my WP dashboard doesn’t display the “Doro Options” Tab below settings like the screenshot from the documentations doc shows.
I really need your help. Thank you so much.

first I designed all website on demo server

but it giving error

i removed purcahsed code from demo site, and trying to enter purchase code in live website, but it still giving error

it saying to deactivate it first, I deactivate from demo site, then put code in live, but it giving errors
please solve it, really need to make website live
