It's a good design theme but appear more than problem while import the content 1-required a license for Wpbakery So Slider didn't appear
2- website and admin crash while installing Woocomerce plugin--the last version of WordPress used

Presales q: i am looking for a theme so my readers can send me a ticket with their questions, issues, requirements… and that when they enter the data in a contact form (i guess) they send the form and receive a number for their ticket. (obviously, the ticket reach me in form of an email and in i way i can recon that is a ticket, i receive a lot of emails. Can this theme help me achieve this? If not, can you please advice me on a theme or plugin that works for me? Thanks.

Hi please update this theme. Its outdated!
There has been a critical error on this theme plugins. I had crossed-check with my hosting provider and got confirmed that its the issue with plugins. Its been years you guys released update for this theme!
