Hey, i want my money back! The Theme is not campatible to Elementor at all. When adding a footer via Elementor, the header of the theme dissapears and is not able to be showing up again in any kinda way. Looking forward to hear from you soon. All the best Tobias

When I disable the pre-loader from dashboard it cant load and also cant show the page content

The Tracem Theme team has been extremely helpful and quick to respond! The theme looks great and was easy to install and modify to fit the needs of our agency - definitely recommend for a modern and unique website theme!

Why does this theme require WooCommerce and One Click Demo Import? I can understand the other required ones but those two seem unnecessary for an agency targeted theme. Deactivating WooCommerce is also causing my site to not load.

Hi, There appears to be a conflict between Elementor and the Theme. When I try to open some pages in the Elementor editor I get a generic message that says the preview could not be loaded. There was no specific error message. When I enabled Safe Mode on Elementor it loaded the page. Can you contact me directly since this will require admin access to the page to fix?
