Hello, my developers have submitted a few tickets but each time when there are issues, the whole theme was reset. They have to recode everything from scratch and that happened two times already!
Can we have a better communication method to avoid this: Submit ticket -support team solve the issue and reset the whole theme – my developers recode all over again. Please contact me asap. [email protected] Thanks
