I have not had any issues with this theme, we are using it on a faily large site and we are loving the look of it. Great support, secure updates.

Waste of time. The theme requires the Visual Composer plugin but the theme and plugin conflict. This Alaska theme is a worthless waste of time.

Bed Quality, costumer support = 0 I sit on the "live chat" for 3 days - no one is there no one answer The just force me to ask for refund and cancel this terrible mistake I made when I purchased the template

I do not recommend this theme. It is not optimized at all. Very long loading time when you want to customize it. I posted a question to the support team that didn’t answer me. It is beautiful in appearance but technically obsolete.

I agree with another user's review of this theme being buggy and lacking support.I bought it 3 years ago and have never been able to get it to work correctly. The demo importer is not working, always gives an error and it stalls about 1/4th of the way when installing and brakes the entire website.I've contacted support several times but have not been able to resolve this issue. Support questions are either not answered or are 1 sentence responses that seem like they did not even read the resolutions that I already tried.

This theme is not great quality. It looks great in the demo but half of the stuff they show is not included in the actual theme package. Plugins not included, Demo Importer not working or even showing up, those nice parallax backgrounds in the demo... good luck trying to get those to look the same.

The bugs with this theme actually caused me to lose a client. I will never purchase a product from this developer again. I can't believe that this came with such high reviews.

Theme is depreciated! There is a bug in the core plugin, disableing the whole website. Also the theme is not supported any more.

since update video and parallax backgrounds plugin for visual composer stops working. Menu dropdown doesn't work on Blog page and really messes up with the WHMCS plugin - the dropdown goes behind the whmcs plugin on the page and if you have an image, the image is replaced by whmcs plugin when viewing that page. Really messed up.Also, I have asked for support for the above several times, no answer to date.

Don't rely on this company if you have seen the beta version. Because the beta version is not ready from the last one year. They are looting people's by showing beta version.

There was an error importing data in the template demo data and it was not possible to connect to the server.

This theme has been abandoned. Many and many bugs, author does not fix or update anything. Zero support.

Great looking theme. Unfortunately, the developer may have been unprepared for its success. The demo contained spam. When I asked for support I was given a Google Doc link that clearly said not to include passwords. However, a password field was included. Such a shame really. If you attempt to update Visual Compster beyond 5.1.1 it will break the entire site, fatal error. Avoid at all costs!

Documentation quality: What documentation. There is no documentation and what is there is outdated or refers to noon functioning items.Feature availability: Not many features when the theme itself isn't working.Bugs: Loads and loads of them. More bugs that in a Chinese restaurant.Design quality: Let's put it this way. You'll be expecting a brand new Mercedes but what you'll receive resembles a 1989 Eagle Premier.Customer support: What customer support? In the forum I'm asked to create a ticket, in the ticket I'm asked to respond via the forum. And after 2 months (and paying for renewed service) WPBakery still gives a blank page, demo install still doesn't work and a refund hasn't been given.All in all great theme r to see on their demo website but no way to install it on your own server.

Your theme was good. But your update/ feature addition that glorify your reputation as a good seller is almost worst. You just update your last update date and nothing else. So this habit will impact in your other product too.

I love this theme and the integration with WHMCS, however we have had bugs when trying to integrate WHMCS and it just never seemed to work quite well. We had to use the WHMCS styles instead of the nice alaska look and feel because it didn't work right.

Author utilizes nulled software and leaves evidence of this in the public download. Tacky, tacky, tacky, and illegal to boot!

These guys really try very hard to support a great theme and they do very well. I have had a very good experience. The theme is really professional looking and allows you to easily customize it any way you want. Highly recommended theme.

Not happy with this... I updated Visual Composer to v5.2 and everything died. Even the backups would no longer work.I have have to delete Wordpress and install a new theme.It is very slow.

This theme has a lot of features built in but overall doesn't seem to work well. A lot of the widgets and custom elements made for Visual Composer are very basic and plain. There is also no documentation so you have to waste a lot of time figuring out how to use the theme. I also have a WHMCS Bridge pro subscription and WHMCS integration is not good at all. I am still planning on hiring someone to custom style WHMCS. That defeats the whole purpose of buying this theme in my opinion.
