have been submitting so many tickets regarding megamenu of the theme but no answer from your side … the megamenu limitation for subcategories is not working and need support to solve this bug please

Hemos intentado enviar diversos mensajes para soporte del tema. Es frustrante que tu plataforma sea tan complicada y reiteradas veces bloquea el envió de las consultas. La instalación, siguiendo todos los pasos que indican no funciona, da muchos errores que hemos intentado corregir hace días. Por favor revisa tu plataforma de consulta y resuelvan esas las dificultades. Confío en pronta respuesta.
