Little disappointed bought this theme, having issues, created a support ticket 2 days ago, no response despite the “we will contact you in 24 hours promise”, commented here yesterday no response, guess you are on your own once you buy.

when I scrool down, header has not a regular transition.
It happens only using Chrome, on Safari is ok.

Hello having problems installing the demo content, the progress bar keeps moving nothing happens for hours, I also changed my upload limit for php. I have tried to import using a plug in, or traditional wp importer manually and that times out and gives error too. I created a support ticket and have not heard back. Please help
