I purchased clainc health and medical HTML theme and customized it but the contact form is not working please see it.
and in your support page, there is no option to select clainc health and medical HTML theme.
what should i do?

great theme but dosent work properly. contact foms are not working and when i wrote about it to support team since 1 week i havent received any reply.
