The word Customer Support just doesn't justify, I've been a member of Envato for ages, myself a designer of Wordpress for over 12 years. Recently decided to start my project on Shopify, was scared, worried and you name it, it was in that position, but these guys,..... they nailed it, their support. Truth to be told, I don't know anyone else from there apart from Sejal, she's a darling and a rockstar, a beautiful soul. I've worked with supports and various teams before, but this one, SEJAL, wowwwwww....... she's like your Godfather.... she won't let you down... This is a new theme. Launched in Sept 2019 and yet is much mature and bug-free than some other well-known themes. Page load is quick, features aplenty. Clean product page and good responsive layout as well. Plus the price. I'm sure they'll increase it after getting enough traction (and they should) because, at 39$, it's a steal. I looked at it and I bought it in an instant.

Yet an another great theme from Adornthemes.I built my first own ecommerce store - which is still online and working - with Belle theme. And now I'm building another store with Avone.I noticed that Avone has even more features - at least when I'm wirting this - than Belle, and is looking so far really good.Adornthemes has also an amazing support which answers usually quickly in few hours.Highly recommended.They definitely deserve ★★★★★ stars! I’m looking to change the collection url structure as we are seeing duplicate product urls generated through collections. Normally with most themes I can change the liquid code “within: current_collection” But I can’t find this anywhere in the liquid code of this theme. Is there anywhere I can find this piece of code or another approach to take to sort the duplicate url issue with this theme

This is a terrific Shopify theme. After going through an extensive theme search (and even purchased a few), I landed on the Avone theme for its versatility. It is also really solid on iPads and mobile devices. Their support is fantastic. I would make request and by the morning they had responded or completed the task for me. I am happy to say that the Avone theme from Adorn is truly exceptional and has met and exceeded all of my expectations. I am the owner of a 7-figure revenue Shopify store based out of Los Angeles, California (Vaer Watches). Since our launch in 2017, we were relying on the premium Shopify theme Retina (which cost $180) - however, given the progress of e-commerce tech and the limitations of that theme, we were constantly adding third-party apps, and custom code to keep pace. Our website was slow, not particularly responsive, and lacking the features we saw with top-tier brands (Casper, Away, Warby Parker). After a significant amount of research and digging (to find the VERY best Shopify theme as of 2020) I came across the Avone theme. I was impressed by the template previews, and after purchasing the theme, I was convinced I made the correct choice. While I am the owner of my company, I am a UX and product designer-by-trade (with moderate knowledge of HTML/CSS). This theme proved to be the solution I was looking for, with the ability to easily adjust the stylistic settings and add impressive features, all within the CUSTOMIZE section. Most important and impressive of all was the support provided by Sejal and their support team when I did encounter a roadblock. The documentation is fantastic as is, but I've found their customer service to be far beyond expectations and has allowed me to part ways with other less talented freelance developers. I highly recommend this product, and while, like all pre-made themes, it will require some talent/and design sensibility to make it really work for your store, if you can solve that problem, you will have an e-commerce website that would cost $10k+ to develop from scratch. Given the theme's price, I think that makes purchasing it a no-brainer.

This is my third theme from Adorntheme! I think I'm the most complicated customer! Really sorry Sejal! Sejal and the whole team is awesome! If I have any problem Sejal try to fix it almost immediately. There were quite a few .. This theme give me everything I need and I never found so versatile theme with useful features. Love the lookbook shop, the varied product pages and the shipping rate calculator on the cart page is awesome! You don't need to pay any more for third party app for this feature! After growing frustrated with an older, more established theme, I decided to buy Avone. I'm so glad I did and wish I'd started here. Avone is so much easier to customize than the previous one I tried. The documentation and the process for changing layouts and adding custom content are all super clear and efficient. I haven't had to use support yet because everything simply works right out of the box. But if I do need support, I trust it will be as clear and straightforward as the theme itself.
