When trying to preview the theme it is boxed (It show in tablet mode or something). It is not being rendered on the full screen.

and its the same issue, people had like 2 years back
once the demo content neo being imported, then the loader keeps moving now when turned on from the general settingd, site frame is boxed/tablet view or squeezen (NOT In full frame) and message appears on the admin panel as this is shipped with “developers mode enabled”

Hi,
I can see that from 2 years, you guys are receiving a common error about incorrect loading of demo data and I’m really disappointed to see that you haven’t fixed that error or provided a common solution for that on a Public Platform.
I’ve made a purchase about 4 hours ago and got the same error. Page Loader got stuck after importing demo data and site is loading in tablet view which is messy too
I’ve submitted a Ticket already. Here is my Ticket no: #2402

You really should have a team that works on weekends because now we have to wait for days for you to respond to our tickets. We buy themes here we get them instantly, but when we ask for help we wait for days.

I have the same issue as the guy who wrote: i installed wordpress, then all plugins installed and activated… then imported demo content. all demo content is imported but when i click on view page, i see nothing. i can see just loader. it is very frustrating. i did this process 3-4 times.
I submitted ticket #2173 but don’t see any update.
Can you please check it ?

I have bee trying to install it from last 5 days, first demo data not loads properly. if loads website screen starts coming as boxed (tablet’s view) Even wrote to support no response yet.
