We’re thinking to switch from Fastor 5 to this theme but there was something in the demo that caught my attention which it’s a bit different than woocommerce version Can you please let me know if this can be fixed? 1) Navigate to Product Style (3) and you will notice the description is full width which over laps with the previous product button. Is it possible to align it to the middle like woocommerce version? 2) Are you planning to add this shipping information bar like fastor? ex: order today to get your package on (DD/MM/YYYY)? this option would be great to have please Thanks for bringing this theme to life, it’s beautiful

I had been looking for a Shopify theme with a distinct design language which most of the Shopify themes don't have. Really happy to buy Barberry for primarily its design quality. A very modern, distinct and well made minimalist theme. I hope they add a lot more features in terms of customization and also add import-export of theme's settings so that whenever there are new updates, it could be easily reset. Special mention of prompt and helpful support from the team.

First off let me start of with the theme, when I was looking for a suitable Shopify theme and I came across Barberry, I instantly knew this was the design we needed with it's clean modern and minimalist look and feel and made the purchase straight away. When it comes to customer out of all the themes I have purchased over the years, I have to say hands down that they have the best customer support I have experienced. I am pretty new to Shopify and had a lot of questions and requests, they were not only patient with me by attending to them but extremely fast in replying and solving my requests. If you want if beautiful template with excellent customer support, then this is the one for you.

Wow, all I can say is that these guys are awesome. Their design quality is outstanding. I requested for some plugin features of the Barberry theme to be added with another one of my Shopify themes and they easily accomplished it. My website looks more streamlined and minimal, with some very neat features. They're a super nice and well-rounded team to work with!

I purchased the Barberry theme from Roar Theme with a little hesitation from reading reviews of 3rd party Shopify themes. I decided the template looked well enough made where I would try my luck. The best decision I could have made. The design quality of the site is absolutely stunning, the ability to adjust nearly every detail is super useful, and the install was easy. I used Roar Themes Express Install, put in my purchase code, and boom, done. My website is coming along and I love the way it looks.I did have numerous questions regarding a few changes I couldn't figure out how to make and the support for the theme is amazing. Shout out to Scott! They respond to my questions so rapidly and the answers always solve my problem. Most of the time they include step by step instructions with screenshots to aid you.I get it, there is always a concern that you are throwing your money away on a theme that isn't going to be what you expect. However, Barberry is not that theme. I would say don't waste your money elsewhere, and certainly not a Shopify premium theme.

I cant post a ticket for my theme? I have updated the license, but I still get an error code that the support is expired?

Trying to find an easy way to update the theme (currently on 2.0, want to install 2.1 to see if it fixes a few bugs, which can send some documentation if it doesn’t). Can you provide some guidance on how to do this and keep all the content in place? Went to file this on ticksy, said support was expired, (but have just renewed the support here on ThemeForest).

I have multiple issues 1. I got an email saying there’s an update but I still do know where to find the download for the new version.’ 2. I don’t know where to upload a banner imager or what size it needs to be and how much banner image can have ? on the demo it shows 3 images but I don’t know how to update it 3. where do I find the section that says some in any area just added something to their chart like how it showed on the demo and I filled a ticket
