Hi, I sign up to the support forum, it asked for my email and name but it did not ask for my passowrd. I submitted my ticket and now I cannot update it because I cannot login. I tried to recover the password but never got the email. Please help.

This theme code quality is very poor. They can't make this theme code well. Customer support are not so well. If you don't know any coding don't buy this theme.

I have the same issues similar to others facing, I am unable to select varients in the products, I am able to select but its not reflecting in the cart. in the cart its defaulted to the first varients, size and color. added ticket in support.

I had some troubles with some translations, icons and the menu on mobile. Did not know what to do, so i wrote to RV support, and within 2 days the problems were solved :-) Really quick and friendly support!!I really recommend

I want a refund. It is so buggy in shopify. I am a wordpress developer my self for last 6 years and worked with multiple shopify sites and this is not a theme i wanna work it, its to buggy., Please refund
