This theme isn't as customizable as I thought it was at first glance with it being Elementor BUT their customer support has been SUPER helpful with getting everything the way I need it. They are quick to respond! Thank you!

1. As we used the WP-charitable plugin for the donations you need to use the mentioned payment methods in this link https://www.wpcharitable.com/documentation/adding-payment-gateways/
2. Actually the amount can be set automatically after the completion of payment and also you can set it manually by making demo donations from the wp-admin panel.
