Hello I seem to have a bug in a page of my website. Its a portfolio item, and in the mobile version everything is ok and appears as I wanted but in the desktop version several images are missing and I don’t know why does this happen. Also in chrome it’s ok so its only in safari that this happens, the page also fluctuates in the first seconds of opening the page and a right margin appears and them disappears when scrolling down. Hi ClaPat; 1-What is the maximum recommended video file size if we are to insert a video on one of the showcase vertical slider slides (instead of an image, a video as shown in your demo with Chocolate Man), what is the maximum recommended file size that would not adversely affect browsing, cause stalling or freeze the site? 2-There does not seem to be an option for uploading the video file in ogg, webm and mpeg4, what is the video file format that we are supposed to upload? What we understand is that mpeg4/webm/ogg are the minimum standard formats for video needed to ensure most visitors can view the website video without running into compatibility issues. 3- how do we upload the standard additional formats? does the theme recognize the additional files as ONE VIDEO with three formats and displays to visitor the compatible format needed? as we understand it some tablets and browsers can only run mpeg4 and webm while others can run ogg but not the other formats. The webmaster is supposed to upload all three formats to ensure cross platform and cross browser compatibility. How is this issue handled with Munio? Thank you kindly.

Greetings ClaPat is it possible to insert an image hover effect on each of the slides in the mini slider under the Portfolio item? For reference this is about the main page slider (Showcase) as you know when a visitor clicks on the large title of each slide, it opens a layer and reveals a headline bold text banner, then in some cases offer a mini slider and a text paragraph. Is it possible to adjust the code to give each slide in THE MINI SLIDER a hover effect swaping one image for another? I am doing the edits directly on the code I am NOT using Gutenberg or WPBakery, this is in the Wordpress Classic Editor Text Mode so I can see your wp gutenberg block codes and I can see the ClaPat Munio shortcode tags as well as some div HTML tags in the coding. We are trying to create a POST using the theme template, when we create a row element or section element with WPBakery and assign the element a background image and then layer it with text, the entire set of content is set in the middle of the POST page with large empty margins on both sides. That seems to be the theme setting with Munio. If we try to stretch the content by changing the row or section settings to STRETCH FULL PAGE, the content on the blog POST stretches only to the right-hand side and almost half of it is clipped – cannot be seen. However if we go FULL SCREEN on the browser (both Edge and Chrome) all of the content appears and is centered and fill the entire page as would be expected from the settings. If however we reload the post/blog entry the same issue of content clipped and skewed to the right hand side becomes apparent once more. If you toggle the browser full screen and then back to normal screen then it centers appropriately without the huge empty margins. We looked up some solutions online for BLOG AND POST ENTRIES where the web admin is looking for the content to be full screen and full width without the margins defined in their theme. Here is what we found: .blog .site { max-width: 1180px; } .blog .post-thumbnail img { width: 100% } The question is what is the equivalent syntax for this CSS for Munio because when we added this in the Customize section if did not work, MUNIO has a special custom taxonomy for the blog post width and margins, if you could please post the equivalent CSS that could be used to remove the margins on a post/blog entry and create a full width post/content entry. Is CSS Customize the best place to inject the CSS code or should we add this in a new file in the child theme folder? Thank you ClaPat

Hey guys, Couple of quick questions. Is It possible to get a coloured bar behind the traditional menu and logo? It looks like it’s bugging out without a solid colour behind it. Secondly I’ve tried to use a Munio button, but It’s kind of just floating on the page, I can’t see any options on how to position it if I wanted it centred or something, Any ideas?

Hi ClaPat; Is it possible to insert a horizontal full screen slider with multiple slides (we have a third party WP plugin like LayerSlider, what we want to do is have the Layerslider present a full slider presentation as the very first thing the visitor sees when they login to the home page/front page. If they scroll down from the horizontal slider (layerslider) then the regular Showcase vertical scroll slider shows up with its slides from the Portfolio files (hero images) We can build the layerslider as usual then create a shortcode to display it. Question is how do we place the shortcode or integrate it into the theme to achieve the navigational result described? Is this possible, if so how can it be done? Thank you as always!

Hi ClaPat, HTML FILE IN HERO IMAGE SLOT When inserting a Hero Image in the Portfolio element form (configured to display as a slide in the Showcase slider), is it possible to upload an HTML file in place of the Hero image? We tested this already but the form does not even recognize the HTML file. Can adjustments be made to the Swiper module to allow the portolio element form to upload the HTML file? Thank you.
