Customer support response time is more than reasonable - nights/weekends too. They have been very helpful and patient. I am not a WordPress expert and have needed guidance with certain customization's. The theme meets our needs so far and again support has been key with helping us get to where we want to be visually and functionally.

Good morning. I would need to create specific search forms that allow me to see specific products. I have already seen how to create a new page where to insert a search form with fields chosen by me. but now when I go to the search results page the sidebar that appears on the left shows all the choice fields including the custom ones that I created. How can I do to display only my custom forms on the sidebar?

I still do not get the features in this theme. Your feature are available in some themes and absent in other themes. My complaints are: 1. The Packages. Why can my customer not click on the package and buy it directly? Why must it be listed under the shop? 2. I asked, what am I selling under the WooComerce shop? The packages or Parts? And is is a single shop or a classifieds shop? You did not answer these questions. 3. The VIN check feature cannot be activate under this theme, so why give me instructions which you know the theme does not support? Why dont you answer questions as they are asked? 4. When can I get my refund? Because me, I dont sigzag when I pay, I expect a fair attention and solve my problems, If you dont have time, that means you dont need me as a customer. Awesome template, easy to customise, frequent updates and feature inclusion, nice customer support. Superb experience.

Great features but very limited flexibility. Also, the refund policy on this item is very strict. I had the theme to experiment with for just under a month and it just wasn't right for my project. While the functionality is great, the front-end design is quite dated and unfortunately, the design elements between demos has zero crossover - you can't mix and match elements in any way. I reached out to the theme authors to request a refund (going the custom theme route for my project now) and they refused. Disappointing. Most theme authors here are happy to refund (within a reasonable timeframe) if the theme isn't quite the right fit for what you need. Stylemix's reasoning was that my reasons for wanting a refund were invalid as I should have pre-empted the issues before purchasing. To conclude, this theme IS for you if you want to use any one of the demos out-of-the-box as is AND be sure to brainstorm all possibilities and ask Stylemix all possible questions before purchasing.

This theme is badly developed, please be aware. I bought this theme as an help and found it as a nightmare.is not even mentally possible to have developed something that can only work with demos import; is not possible to NOT have a customizable header, or that is impossible to choose both rental services and dealer ones.They oblige you to chose between: dealer rental or parts selleryou must choose one of these using the demo import. This is not a flexible theme.Theme should provide graphics while the functions need to be put inside a separate plugin of the theme, that is a basic concept you can see everywhere and here is totally messed up. I was pretty much okay with most of the themes features, until I came across this, and it became a disaster.1. The theme support page clearly states that item support includes answering technical questions about items features.My experience : I asked a simple technical question on their ticket system of how their page titles are registered, cause they weren't using the standard worpress hooks like `wp_title` and so fourth. This is a question the original author of the theme should be easily able to answer. My ticket was not responded to.2. On the item details of this theme, They have stated that the theme is SEO Optimized. Please go to http://motors.stylemixthemes.com/classified-three/ and hover over their taxonomies and you will see that all their URLs are in this format /?make=bmw . anybody who has little knowledge of SEO will tell you that these kind of URLs don't get indexed on search engines. Hello! The video mentions the ability to turn this into a react native mobile app. Im building car rental platforms for my clients. Either a rental platform for one client with many cars for rent, or a rental platform for multi-vendor car rental businesses (just like Turo). 1. Are we able to make websites and apps that operate just like Turo using this theme? 2. If there is 1 owner of the multi vendor rental app, do all vendors get paid directly after someone rents or does the website/app owner have to pay each vendor after receiving payment from the renter? 3. Would each vendor be able to use the listing manager or would they have to contact the website/app owner to update listings using the list manager? 4. Is there an example app I can download for review on my iOS Thank you

I have less technical knowledge of developing a listing sie from the scratch.Motors' theme was very helpful and almost the perfect theme I was looking for. But I had issues in totally customizing the theme but thanks to their support team, I did manage to customize. They were very supportive and helped me in difficult times to fix issues of customization. Special mentions to Matthew Gordon, Jonathan Scott and Nicole Jones for helping me to fix issues on customization.

This theme is wonderful. We actually started off on a different theme and just tried to use the Motors Listing plugin with the theme we had. While it worked, the listing layout and stuff just didn't go well with the theme and then I found that there is actually a theme to go with the plugin and boy is it incredibly useful. The amount of listing features that come with when you buy the theme is awesome. The demo imports worked perfectly. There are a few things that I did have to reach out to support on like removing the Login In button from the header/menu area but their support was very helpful and great to work with. Glad we found this theme!

I have found that the after support to be very of a very high standard and they resolved my issue really quickly with minimal fuss.
