This is a great theme and perfect for any real estate related project. The demo is clean and easy to customize.

I have been taken care of quickly and have solved the problem. I still think that both the envato and the themeforest fail to explain the system, giving false hopes to the buyer and not taking responsibility for the responsibility they acquire when they receive the money from the purchase. Any European regulation requires the seller, ie the one who receives the money (Envato or Themeforest) to respond contractually for any defect, or error in the product, and to support the return of the same within the following 14 days without asking any kind of questions. Maybe in Australia it's different but they sell in Europe. Regarding the author of the ltheme, flexipress, have been correct, quick response and problem solved. My 5 stars are for FlexiPress, but if I could rate Envato or Themeforest I would not put them NONE.

​Hello all. By accident I have used the license of the theme to a domain which I have never used the theme, only installed it once and deleted it immediately. I need to use the theme (smart estate) to the domain prepy.gr Please check by yourself the domain that I accidentally installed the theme (leadestate.gr) that we are not using the theme and that we have never used it. Please remove the registered domain from leadestate.gr and allow me to register the new domain, which I will use it. thank you so much.
