i had earlier rated this 1 star when support failed to provide an appropriate answer. I am forced to give it 5 star by seeing the constant upgrades and having found a suitable solution.For others who's website is affected there is a spacer widget which when put at pages allows your content to not overlap with the menu. It's abit of a pain but still it fixes the issue.

Great Work!
It's cool to have prethemes ready which are very easy to edit. The idea of the Themes is getting close to apple styles.
It has a touch of minimalistic but not to much. We liked that very much. Thanks for this!

It is an interesting and well formatted theme, easy to install. Highlight for the page editor, which is very easy to use, although it has some limitations.
