I have tried 10 separate times today to submit a support request through your online support system. I am logged, authenticated as a verified buyer, and provided my license number. Every time results in an authentication error. If you Email support@ – you receive a reply that they don’t monitor that account and to please go to their support system. A very handy way of avoiding accountability with a bug – which is what I have found. I need to change the background color behind the main menu drop-down; I’ve been searching and finally clear why I can’t find it. Your Documentation (https://chapel.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/#chapel_options) shows that there should be a Main Menu section under ‘Header’ below ‘Fixed Menu’ – but our installation of the theme does not include this section for customizing the main menu. Can you please provide an alternative way for us to edit the background of our main menu? Thank you!

I want to put a different header image for each page, but when I put it, it is not displayed.

The date format on the Single event page and Calendar quick view doesn’t follow the format settings in WP nor the Events Calendar Settings. It appears to be an Elated generated span (span class=”eltdf-events-single-meta-value”) It appears like this under event details “28.09.2022.” WP date format is set to: F j, Y Events calendar date settings (compact date) is: “9/28/2022” How do i fix this?

I was trying to submit a ticket but asked me to create new account, was expecting to be able to login with my envato account, as I usually did with all the other themes I bought.
