Hey there! I’m trying to update the top bar above the menu – it updated the left content but when I added my social accounts it still just says ‘Follow Us:’ and doesn’t show the icons. Also is there a way to make the shop page have 3 columns instead of the default of 2? Thanks!

I have purchased the theme now and setting up in local.
Now trying to import the demo data using the XML file given in the package. It is taking longer time than expected. How long will it take to complete the demo import ?
Also I have got an error while activating the plugins as follows,

Hi! I have a problem with importing demo data. I’ve successfully import the heartbeat-data.xml file with One Click Demo Import, though I didn’t see any new pages. Where are all the changes imported?

Lovely theme, I just purchased it and followed all the downloading instructions. However it doesn’t work on Wordpress and the support platform is unavailable.

I bought this theme because I really liked the invitation and announcement page. Unfortunately, the invitation is useless even when we just replace text and images. There are so many issues and bugs with the responsiveness of the page. We invested quite some time but eventually gave up. I don't understand why revolution slider has been selected as the editor for a full page???

I am cannot access the support page. I received an error message that says error establishing a database connection)
Can you help me resolve the following:
1. How do I increase the size of the hamburger menu on all pages?
2. How do I increase the height of the background image inside of the side menu? I cannot fit all of the menu options inside the container.
3. Mobile functionality – All of the Full-screen images on the homepage do not appear via mobile view (only 3/6). Also, The Split Screen is out of order on mobile.

I just bought the theme. Imported demo data and all pages are full of codes. Looks nothing like the demos and the support site is down. Great start.
