First of all, when I try to login via Envato account on the support page (https://7oroof.com/support/) – I get a error.
Secondly, after updating the Elementor to the latest version today, the website is broken. The footer is not showing anymore.

You develope theme and integrate Service function there (infact you copy Blog functions) and you know that people will need to change Service page!!! You didnt say that in sale page, didnt you?!! You just waiting stuped people and you ask tone of money for customizing of something what have to be available without customization! You are scam sir! Just for record! And you will get alllllllll negative comments and reviews what i can give to all sale pages what you have… also that, for record only! Cheers

A really bad theme in general. I could write a long list of bugs I encountered, to name a few: language selector doesn't appear on smaller screens, can't change "read more" button text on the service grid element, carousel item prev/next arrow not working properly on smaller devices, etc.
