Hi guys I would like to display 2 items in a raw, or two columns in raw for mobile devices. I’m doing it axactly as it’s described in WPBakery Page Builder but I can’t achieve it with your theme. When I set width for 50%- 6/12 for mobile, the column shrinks to 50%, but there is only one column in raw.

Hi, I bought the template but I can’t find any documentation in the zip or even online.
Furthermore, the theme requires the installation of the “RAYS Grid” plugin which has been closed as of June 15, 2021 and is not available for download, reason: Security Issue. I would like to know if the plugin is essential to use the theme and if the theme works well even without the plugin.

Hi there!
We really loved your Radica theme and purchased it. However we are having issues installing its content and widgets. It says that it’s been installed but then there are no demos showing.
We have followed the provided instructions. We tried with Wordpress 5.9.1 at first, even started from scratch several times (with a clean Wordpress) and tried installing an older version and compatible version of Wordpress (5.6.6) to see if that helped make it work.
Still no progress and we are in need of your support making this beautiful theme work. Hoping to get an answer asap, ideally before the weekend so we can crank it up.

Radica is Not compatible with WordPress 5.7 and has many problems. When do you update the Theme ? Have you not updated for more than 9 months?

If you can read my email then please reply me fast as soon as possible .
when i try to import demo of Theme name Radica they can’t import demo properly as per you documentation instruction. when i find issue why theme is not install then i am check a Plugin name RAYS Grid can not install when i check why is not install i will check official plugin builder website and contact with it plugin developer called me RAYS Grid is not here at this time of use . IT-Rays Company Ban this plugin and not use for WordPress at this time i am purchase your time but theme is not working properly you can tell me about.

Hi,
Thanks for purchasing our theme,
We already updated the Radica Core plugin short time ago and this is the main plugin that is responsible for most of the theme elements, there is a notification in your WP Dashboard appears once the plugin need to be upgraded.
Anyway we will work on the updates as the 5.7 is released very soon and we will check the theme and sure fix the issues of the compatibility.
