from header search button not working I cant open

I bought this Theme and I am really disappointed. You cannot configure any colors or logo, that is to say, the header cannot be customized, there must be a solution or in any case I would appreciate.
1- logo doesnt shows new version
2- float buttons seeing as like demo theme.
when i trying to wrote this in your support page i see this:

My client facing few issues as highlighted below:
1) Suddenly can see BUY NOW floating menu in home page (BUYNOW, SUPPORT CENTRE, DOCUMENTATION & OTHER PRODUCTS)
2) Products not in align in PRODUCT/SHOP PAGE (OUR PRODUCTS), Why?

Hi, I have this item that we bought but from one moment to another it will not allow us to modify certain things, especially in the head, we try to change the data and colors and it no longer lets us, it does not take the changes, what can we do.
