The theme is amazing!!! It really has some great premium features, and was very easy to use and install with instructions in Wordpress. Also, two times when I had doubts, I send a support question and it was answered quickly and solved all my doubts! A very big 5 ratings!!!

I'm still working with the customer support to debug the theme I haven't succeeded to install, but they are great. So are the many designs included in the theme.

Just my first time for wordpress but i still can crate my e-commerce website. Now study more function.

amazing its has everything i need to make shopping web .. at first its look so hard and complicated bcz im newbi at making web and i was using others themes like real place ... but once i spend time to learn about this theme its just perfect i learned allot and still learning.. i feel so lucky to buy it with -50% sale..

Seriously, how difficult is to keep up to date the documentation for installing the demo data? Nothing basically is working cause all names are wrong...

Horrible customer support. They installed the demo for free the first time because their demo import doesn't work. Now the demo that they installed (the 12) is not working correctly. It have a lot of glitches. So I asked to replace it with the demo 2 that should be working correctly. And now to replace their NOT WORKING DEMO they are asking for MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!A lot of glitches and bugs in the various demo.

Fantastic theme and support! It is very clean, organized, and I love how versatile it is- many layouts to choose from. The video tutorials are excellent for guiding you, and the customized elements make it easy to achieve the look you see on the demos. I absolutely love the Mega Menu on this theme! Slow updates! Need to wait moths for the new version. It's (for example) security risk. Last supported Woo version is the 3.1.2. We are at 3.4.3. Smartdatasoft please, make an effort! This is a good theme, I realy like it, but without updates it's unusable.

Pretty, but not finished. I have been coming across bugs and incomplete features, like nowhere to input a gmap api key.

Theme is good but what really impressed me was the support provided - they're prompt, efficient and also patient!

They have a very good Support team. Even they are on vacations, they gave a try to fix my problem as soon as possible! Very decent! Even I'm asked how they solve it they explain the way they solved it. I think they as know what they are doing!

I wanted to love this theme so bad. Set up my store just the way I wanted, added a few plugins and lost everything. Customer service was amazing and quick to respond, but unfortunately this theme did not want to work with any of the plugins that are vital to my shop.I'm using a new theme now with no issues whatsoever, so unfortunately it was a compatibility issue between this theme's coding and the yith plugins. Even activating the Rev slider and woocommerce caused my site to crash on my 3rd and 4th upload of this theme.This theme is perfect, however, for the simpler shops.

Amazing theme with really good design layouts to work with, and to top it all looks really good on the phone too. Customer service is top notch and their response time and way of handling a complain or an issue is very meticulous. Hope for a long run for this theme.

following the installation guideline will never produce the same looking template.something is always wrong. God why did i put so much trust into their product? This theme is a nightmare.i'm redoing a clients website on this theme and it has been a horrible horrible HORRIBLE experience. i keep having to redo the site because things just don't work as they are suppose to. This theme has lost me money and time.

Poooor documentation... Besides the basics (installing Wordpress, plugins and demo content) which were documented ok, I had to figure out all other things by myself. Support via forum? None. Always: "Send a support ticket", which was slowing down my development a lot ...

After last theme upate Yourstore recent posts stop showing. It is theme component so why does it not work??

We are a professional web development agency having used this theme to bootstrap a client's site. The code quality is incredibly low. You can find bad practices like including JS within PHP and tons of badly documented lines everywhere. There are many bugs and we do not have time to wait for support, so we are fixing them ourselves. In fact, SmartDataSoft should pay us for fixing these, as our developers are at least more competent. Critical applications like the AJAX cart include breaking bugs out of the box. For a product that has been in development for so long, this is unthinkable. I wonder if their devs are even testing this in production? Avoid at all costs. Their Magento theme is just as bad, but I used to think it was because Magento is a difficult platform for developers. Now I know SmartDataSoft's team just isn't competent enough. Hire some better devs and extensively audit and test your code please.

When is this theme going to be WP 5.7 compatible? My site is now broken and I’d like to keep the theme.

After purchasing this theme I could not use yet due to many of leakages. Even there is some video documentation that was for another theme. My money was totally lost.
