very poor design - they give an impression that it is an easy to use template (as you would expect from a commercialwordpress template). But the reality sucks, the demo pages are dumped on you on buying the product. You will have to get rid of all the clutter and unwanted pages first (there are loads of them). For the price, you would expect a ready to use template with high quality UX, but this is a mere bunch of pages without proper flow or usability. There is no real integration with WHMCS. They suggest a 3rd party plug-in which is sub-optimal. They have a long and cumbersome documentation on how to use the theme and configure - its really missing the point that the ease of use is really why people premium themes.Worst is, when I asked for a refund, they just deleted and ignored the request. Unfortunately, 1 star is the least I can give!

when i put any extension (e.g, abcd.COM) in domain checker, i get, "Sorry, that name is not available for registration. Please try again." for everything i put in domain checker box.

Very bad theme here is why: 1- visual editor does not work at all. 2- poor support takes long to respond. 3- Last theme update was on Sep 26, 2017.Buy this theme at your own risk.

I was struggling and still trying to access to the theme support page but it always stating my password is wrong, then I tried to register it tells me your email is already used, I am resetting my password several times and never worked .. I have a problem with the Revolution Slider registration code which is comes with the theme purchase but the slider registration is not accepted and keeps on telling me your code is wrong .. I am using this theme for quite some time now. Satisfied overall and happy to have the whmcs integration plugin.I face one issue. The theme pages are not social friendly. If you were to share the link on social sites like facebook it does not show very well. The domain checker is not much to the mark. For hosting companies relation starts from a domain.Compared to other themes it's a better and fantastic theme to work with.

We waited for almost 2 years for "King-Theme" to release an update for Arka Host.They finally released an update around a week ago that takes their already buggy theme to the next level.They apparently updated the fontawesome icons so well that they do not load at all.The update also caused for the entire website to go offline with the following message:"The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."I finally managed to log into WordPress in recovery mode and started deactivating plugins and troubleshooting.The theme seems to have conflicts with WooCommerce and iThemes Security.Unfortunately I do no longer have active support and I will not renew it as their historical feedback has not really been that useful or accurate (especially in regard to an update that was a year overdue), just read through the 'comments' section of the Arka Host product.It took them a year and a half to release an update containing very few actual "updated" items or fixes, yet for some reason they still managed to make the theme worse.If you plan on running a hosting company and wish for your WooCommerce templates to be constantly outdated, your icons not to load or your entire website to go offline during an update, Arka Host is definitely the theme for you!

I had to select 'Other' as my rating is for the excellent quality of this theme, and the support from King-Theme..and more. The theme is huge and has so many customisable options. The design is brilliant and very responsive. I have had a few queries for King-Themes and the support has been great and very helpful. Anthony is more than willing to log on and look at the query. I dont know about the new version but the previous version akahost 5.3 has many bugs in it. Literaly it crashes my server due to a php error I get which after intensive investigation both me and my host realised that its arkahost theme crushing the server buy using all cpu available which is 2 cores! Definately not happy with this bugy theme and looking to get my money back. Not to say how much money I lost due to their bugs by losing clients.

You can literally do anything you want with this theme. The customer support is also amazing, I ran into an issue with a feature that was missing and it was updated and released the next day.

I bought 2 hosting themes before this one.. But immediately when I saw this theme I knew it was cutting edge and the Support is just amazing. Thank you King-Theme for the amazing work and support

Does not really work with the newest WHMCS Version. And the bridge it also generating several "error 500" errors.Not recommended!

The wordpress theme is okay, but issue is with what they claim the provide free with this them like whmcs template, that is totally crap and they fool you to buy this them, when i click to buy this theme it was 59$ but i was charged with three seperate invoices totaling 66+$. For those who dont know technical things, please go hire a designer/developer instead of wasting and having a tense journey ahead.I definitely would not be buying anything from Evanto, they care about their sales not clients at all and that makes sense for any business, not every company plays fair so is the case here.

Design and flexibility made this theme pretty easy to work with. Support was responsive, and the coding was clean & reliable.

Very nice layout, but ooh so slow when mesuring the speed at site like, google page-speed, gtmetrix and pingspeed. Would have been great if the developer could update the code, cause as it is now it is very slow and demanding.

I could choose above all reasons listed, unfortunately just one can be chosen, this theme is full of bugs and for a serious business this theme should be avoided.

My site not working properly after every update have to ask for support and that's again cost you $45.50

From 1 star to 4 star now, the reason behind not giving 5 stars are here:- some pages are not perfectly mobile compatible (i think here takes some time to fix) - Some javascript and css calls are not permitting the CSP (Content-Security-Policy) header to be set without 'unsafe-inline' and 'unsafe-eval', and thats the baddest thing for this theme that lead me to take away 1 star.So there are 2 things that have a value of half stars, 2x half star make 1 star, so this is why I voted now 4 stars instead of 5.But please continue to support this great theme and I will give you 5 stars!If you have some hints in order to ommit the 'unsafe-inline' or the 'unsafe-eval', please write me to [email protected] and i will put 5 stars ...kind regards. admin @ https://www.4host.ch

While they are quick to respond, the responses received are usually nonsense and not helpful towards resolving problems. They are very slow to update embedded plugins which is most annoying. What's the point of having a fancy theme that's not fully functional?

I purchased this theme, tried to build a site with it, and ended up scraping the site and starting with a new theme.There were issues with both the theme and theme support. I had a very difficult time working with support.When I uploaded the theme, all the icons were broken. First of all, the theme files that I downloaded from Theme Forest should have been the most updated files. I can only download one thing from Theme Forest after purchase. It is the theme's responsibility to make sure that it is updated with the right files. Apparently the theme had extremely old files available for download, which is what I got. I went back and forth with theme support for over a week trying to fix it and it wasn't fixed. They said I had to re-install demo data (which would've wiped my site) or manually fix it (which wasn't possible).Then I asked for help with various other issues. I often asked multiple questions in one support ticket. Theme support always answered some, but not all, of my questions in one ticket. So, I would have to ask the questions they missed again and then wait another 24 hours for a response. That wasted my time.There were many other difficulties trying to build with this theme and I scrapped it. Would not recommend.

Company logo has to be small .. around 60px height or else the logo disappears behind the menu bar. If you like to use a logo bigger than 60px height this theme is not for youI cannot imagine many wanting such a small logo for something as crucial as brand.Looks like I have to go pay a coder to sort it out .. sigh

This is one of the best WordPress themes we've ever worked with. It's super complete, very well and thoughtfully developed, has tons of features and most importantly... it has really "Pro-Active" support in the back. I mean the support actually fixes issues for us on a code level if need to be. The theme still gets regular updates... we certainly enjoy working with this theme and the support team as well! I love this theme well put together and very user friendly. I had no problem setting it up and customising it to what I imagined it could be.

Made lots of simple changes to work better with WHMCS wish they were built into the theme such as cart with quantity etc. still great theme and would recommend.

The design quality is fantastic, easy to navigate and customize in WordPress and support is fantastic, they replied within a few hours and solved my request.

Really good dodumentation! Some problems with the translations though, translations that requires to go in the code, but really good theme overall!

ARKAHOST is the best theme i have come across. Anthony Pham and team are very supportive and helped to resolve all my queries.Just a suggestion to the ARKA HOST team to add more features in upcoming theme updates. As soon as you create a ticket, they respond promptly. Customer support is awesome.

This solutions seems to be no longer maintained. I tried to install it and failed using different hosting providers and WordPress versions. I opened a ticket with support and after 2 days the provided a vague workaround that did not resolve the issue. I do not recommend this product.

We are having installation problem, The installation crashes at 99%. we followed the instruction and the installation video with no luck.

This is a great theme! they offer great support. I have been using this theme for 2 years and any issue I have had they have helped me fix. The Plugins included with the theme are nice. I would recommend this theme 100%, they also released some new updates which have made the theme much better!

Hi:I updated my site to WordPress 5.0.3 and bang!!!! NOW all seems very strange and very impractical to say the least. All the functionality of the theme disappeared? For instance I do not see "WPBakery Page Builder" on the pages.On your main page, I read yr theme works with Wordpress 4.6.1. and now we are with higher versions. I also know your theme has not been update at all for several yrs since Wordpress 4.6.1.When is it going to be compatible with WordPress 5.0.3 ???????????I wanted to send you two screen shots to give you some ideas of the problem.
