Customer support for this theme is absolutely fantastic! Not only is the theme fabulous, but when there is something i am not sure how to do, they are able to reply to me within a day or so. Keep up the great work!

Demo Import not very easy. Needs to get setup first by multiple imports of coding and after that, demo import is possible. The possibility to get errors or confusion (happened to me) and you need to contact the support etc etc. This costs a lot of time and i had to stop working on my project until i get an answer. So it´s not very easy as described with 1-Click Installation of DemosAnd additionally the support gives wrong answers to the questions. I had a problem but their solution doesnt solve the problem and there seems to be no support provided if you give 1 Star Rating on Themeforest. Quotation from the Support: "1 STAR The user has a low rating, please change it to continue to trust us"Thats not acceptable.

The theme is great, lots of visual composer elements to work with and very easy to put together a nice looking website.More importantly however, the support is great. Helping with any of your problems on their support forum well within their 48hours minimum and good beyond what they are required without question.There are a few little improvements I'd like to see with having a little more freedom with the footer and header area to be able to customise them a bit more, but as long as you can work with not being able to change much in these areas it's only a small issue.Aside from that, I couldn't recommend the theme more and I'll be looking to purchase from the developer again.

Hello Issues: You will need to reach out to the author as the demo sliders are not able to be imported. I have attached the error of this. Simply open a support ticket with the author and provide them this information. They will be able to fix this issue for you. Logo: I have loaded your logo in the intended spot. I discovered this theme after a long research in the category, I was impressed by the colorful and clean design that the author used in all the pages. Other themes have a nice main page, but in this work the author has found an attention to detail on all the pages, not only on the main page. Moreover all the demos shown are very beautiful and surely they will be useful to show my client different layout possibilities. What can I say, I can't wait to start working on this wonderful design and discover all the features that this theme offers and show in all demos.
