Hello, i have this theme from envato, and i have 2 questions

We took your template from enviro but we have some issues with the builder not showing up since the new wordpress.
Can we take a 12 months support from there directly and ask for help ?

hello, I am having browser compartibility problem…on google chrome seems to load very slowly and when I navigate from page to page, it loads more slowly.
This proble is even very worse when using other browsers like mozilla firefox, safari, mobile browsers . when I try to navigate from page to page it keeps loading forever…do you have support section to check this out?

Hi Theme Author,
I am a WP plugin developer myself and was contacted by one of the clients mentioning that my plugins have compatibility issues with the theme.
After testing, i resolved the issue. Here are details:
in your theme file: wp-content\themes\softing\inc\metabox.php
in the function name softing_register_meta_boxes which is a callback for the ‘rwmb_meta_boxes’ filter, you have overridden the $meta_boxes variable by redefining it as `$meta_boxes = array();` on line no. 8.
Since its a filter, so doing this will override all the $meta_boxes settings by other plugins. Please remove this line $meta_boxes = array(); from your function and everything will work as expected for your theme and other plugins as well.
