Hi, I purchased a theme and use the license in cloned site that used to upgrade the main site. Unfortunate the HDD clashed and cloned site was installed in Local, can I use the license again?

I have used thegov template for two years. Now some of the features stopped working. I also cannot edit anymore. Because I hired web designers, I did not have a purchase code so I repurchased the template AGAIN. However, I do not want to install it if it will delete everything. HELP!!!!! hello, the menu in this template is not sticky when we scroll down. How can we make it sticky both on compter version and mobile version?

Pre-purchase question : does this theme comes with the ability to import your demo website with elementor builder layouts ? some theme comes only with WP backery that’s why I’m asking. Also, you use Event manager, I don’t know this plugin yet, do you think I will be able to use a third party plugin for user content posting with this plugin ? Each events are like regular wp posts ? I need to allow members to post events. Also, if I add some CPT, is your theme compatible so I will be able to retrieve the metaboxes on my custom post types. Last if I use elementor pro and custom headers, will it work or only your template header works. Thank you.
