Hello The site of one of our clients has been using your theme for almost 3 years. For some time now the site has been getting slower and slower. Since Monday it is giving 500 errors. We tried many things: disable all plugins, remove trensient woocommerce, reinstall wordpress, clean database, delete unnecessary files on server, checked server loggs, increase server capacity with our host. With a basic theme, the site works correctly and does not display a 500 error. We therefore concluded that the problem came from the theme. I sent you an email two days ago, which remains unanswered Thank you.

Hello I need to report an unforeseen issue with the theme. When creating an order from WooCommerce dashboard, the client has access to the order via “My account” page. But if the user tries to pay from that URL the theme gives an error 500. If I change the theme to a default woocommerce theme everything works. I know the support of this theme has expired, but I want to inform because I think this needs to be addressed in the next theme update. Thanks for your great work on this theme

Any idea why rank math does not recognize focus keyword from h1/h2 and image alt used into Hongo elements?

Thank you for this beautifull Wordpress theme. However a bug in the slider occurs in the WATCH homepage of the theme I imported. This one is already present on the demo site of your theme (please check photo). Indeed, there is a big space on the right of the slider which affects the layout. Would you know how to fix this problem? this one also seems to be present on the original theme.

At the first look I was amazed with the designs, all demos and eCommerce features, but not ready to purchase as it was a new theme. But I checked about author ThemeZaa and their all products are very well built and supported. So I purchased it and now I can say my decision was absolutely correct.

What an awesome theme and support team is very kind. Every element is designed beautifully and pixel perfect, so it is really a modern theme. And at the same time all eCommerce required features are provided out of the box without need of any additional plugins.

hello! I just want to check before I buy that you have plans to maintain the theme for updates. Nothing worse than buying a theme only to find it’s not being updated and you have to switch when new versions of wordpress come out. Just want to check that it will be maintained. Thank you!

Hi, I’ve been using this theme for a while without any inconvenience, however I found a bug today. It’s like a ajax or javascript conflict with hongo addons script. When Im into a product (detail product page) and add a product to cart, it keeps loading and never shows up the minicart (before it worked properly) If I refresh the page manually the product is in fact added to cart. This functions is working properly in the store category page. I deactivated the hongo addons plugin and the function in the detail product page works as it should be. I also change the option AJAX ADD TO CART to OFF and works reloading the page, however is more user friendly to add products to cart with AJAX function.
