Hi guys, I had installed the theme in a directory for development purposes domain/directory and now that I moved the page to the root of the domain, the license is deactivated and can’t be reactivated it because it says it’s already activated in another domain. Activated for development in: masfresalimon.com/2021 Moved to: masfresalimon.com and can’t do the activation.

Hi there, Your support link is not working even though I’m within the support timeframe. I purchased Karton theme and changed my primary domain which deactivated/signed me out of my licence. After realising I then reverted back to the original domain and tried imputing the old licence for domain I first activated it on, however this was unsuccessful and still says I don’t have a valid licence. Could this please be rectified?
