​Hi. I’m updating my client’s site and noticed that only the page structure code from WPBakery is being displayed because the plugin is outdated. I just updated the theme itself because this line on your support page led me to believe bundled plugins would be updated with the theme: “If a new version of a bundled plug-in is available, it will be included in the next theme release. You can also request it by submitting a support ticket.” And on your changelog it says for v1.3.6: - All plugins are updated to their latest versions; ​How can I get required WPBakery updated on my client’s site? I can’t create a support ticket because my client didn’t renew support but renewing support to get a plugin update that’s meant to be included seems a bit steep.

There is not only one reason for the 5 stars, but many. Theme is lovely, easily customizable (and where there are restrictions, one can ask the support team and they'll help managing a workaround). The support team (Emily in my case) is really helpful and quick in replying and has anwers for all kinds of questions. Demo data is beautifully made and easy to load. 5 stars!!

We have had this theme for a long time.. COVID has us tight on money… we could buy support again but really we only have one question… How do we edit the top banner above the menu? We cannot remember how and we have searched and searched… does not seem available in WPB bakery…
