It is absolutely not true that the theme is well supported.
I opened my first ticket on February 28, 2022 and to date no one has replied.
The great thing is that they deleted my ticket.
I can prove what I say, I have the ticket opening e-mails.

Hi there, the support team members can’t delete the tickets Only the admin can. If you have emails from us you will find the ticket number. Please provide it to check what’s going on.
