What do you mean by Premium modules? These are modules that you have developed yourself because I do not find them on the site of drupal.
If so, how will the updates be done, especially for security.

Hi just purchased the theme. However, the demo does not work. This message gets printed “The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.” I suspect a problem with the provided .sql file. Please check and revert with the correct .sql.

After updating the core to 8.8.4 and when running the update script it shows error message -
