I am very happy with this theme due to it's feature and accessibility. It provides many features so that traveller can set their website easily without much effort.

The features which comes with this template are extremely good. However, we tried to integrate this plugin with 3 developers for almost a year. Our experience has been extremely bad with customer support. More than this, the speed and performance has been one of the main reasons we decided to drop this template and go ahead with another super fast template. Hope this suggestion helps others.

Really really good design and clear layout. Theme works great. Only thing missing is it uses VC and not elementor. If they add elementor for the new releases it will easily be the best tour booking theme on the market!

People not honest. I asked to develop part of the code, I asked that this part of the code does not appear on the theme during anyway 1 year, and 1 month after it comes out an update with the code that I have to pay $ 300 to develop. I want a refund as soon as possible!

I have been using this theme just for one week. I have not yet tried many functions of the theme. But support is working ok responding the resquests by 24 hours.

Great Theme, however other themes have a direct chat support which greatly improves the reaction speed. I for example want to know how to get a commission for the hotels that I post on my website, but I'm still waiting for an answer. There is also no describtion on the traveler theme website about the "member package" of which I assume is the place to be for commissions.

Customer support is super slow, and customization of this theme is super hard because it has a very complicated structure and code. This theme is not a good choice if you wish to customize it (unless you want your developer to spend 100s of hours figuring out the code)

I want to say that in total honesty, the code has it flaws here and there, it is not perfect and the documentation needs kind of a serious attention to it but at the same time, this plugin saved me a ton of time in developing a solution like this myself and the support although it isn't perfect either, I can see that they try to provide it at their best. If I may suggest something, it would be to encourage the customer support persons to improve a little bit on the English language since sometimes it becomes a bit of a barrier when trying to convey an idea of a problem and then getting a reply which is not entirely what you were requesting and such....but even with all of this, I'm very thankful for your help and support and I personally would like to encourage you to keep on going on that road.Regards

The support service is efficient and responsive, but it will still have to work to obtain the five stars. Because I have the feeling that they do their best with what they have. The theme deserves a real overhaul of the code, to have a lighter and current site, without being forced to undergo updates that challenge our work at each update (errors, omissions, ...). In a digital world where everyone needs to be very responsive and efficient, we have no time to waste stupidly especially when we have to pay for a service. My comment is constructive and I hope it will be heard. And, I hope to reach the end with you.

the support i got form the theme author is the best one i got ever in themeforest. after some trouble i faced with the theme. author team contacted me immediately and solved my issue and installed my theme and registered product on behalf of me.

I am giving this rating for the bugs I met in the software and the response from the customer support when I met that conflict between this theme and the WooCommerce .. Besides the slow development and update time of the code. I do not advise of purchasing it.

Before I purchased this theme, I was reading on the reviews and comments. There were numbers of them mentioned poor customer support. I read the support responses, most of them being "we do not help with custom coding, you have to contact your web developer". Guest what, I did not even asked for help about any customisation. I simply told them that there are some permalinks are broken and redirect to the home page. Not only they did not care to fix it, they said it was custom code issue. Seriously, it was just unboxing demo pages!!

I'm a web developer with over 10 years of experience and I've used various Booking WordPress Themes and this theme really impressed me. Pros: This theme has got 100's of settings and configurations on backend which makes this one of the best available theme in the market. The Customizability, Theme Features, Design and Flexibility is just mind blowing. With proper configuration, the website loads in less than 2 sec. Cons: The backend wp-admin dashboard is slow. After installing Cache plugin, the wp-admin dashboard speed increased. I installed various cache plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, WP Fastest Cache, WP Rocket and Swift Performance and performed various tests. For me Swift Lite worked best and now the website is loading in less than 2 sec. Overall: You need to have knowledge about WordPress and customizations or you should hire an experienced web developer to make the theme work best.

errors with the theme, they wont support unless you have paid support. It seems many people have the same errors, but not fix unless you have valid current support, if your support has run out you don't get a fix.
