Hello team, after update on latest version of theme and plugins, I have issue with with core theme plugin and elementory. If core activated elementory doesn’t work and also one section is broken after update, could you please support me?

Just updated it to latest version and ALL my Custom CSS in Appearance > Custom CSS was deleted. ¬¬ thanks goku for backups.

Hi,
We have purchased this theme a long back, and now our client wants to change the hosting and we moved the website to new server with staging URL, after that we have integrated the domain to staging URL, now when I enter the purchase code again its getting the error as “THIS PURCHASE CODE ALREADY REGISTERED”, this is not at all acceptable.
Need your assistance to activate the theme or else there is no use of purchasing this theme.

Hello, I purchased iRecco – Wind & Solar Energy WordPress Theme few months ago, I am not using this theme license anywhere, but at the time of lockdown the domain got expired, now i have changed my hosting and now trying to reinstall the theme with same license code, but it’s showing THIS PURCHASE CODE ALREADY REGISTERED. Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

Hi! How can I delete the default /portfolio/ and /team/ archive pages? I don´t need them anymore but I couldn´t deactivate them from the theme configuration. Also, if I change the slug they still remain active in the default archive URLs

Hello, I bought the theme a while ago. I have just installed it for a client but it tells me that the license is already activated and of course the support is outdated since a while! How can I activate the license and especially know why it is already active?

Hi,
I can’t activate your theme for any my sub-domains.
We use a mutlisite wordpress (sub folder) for a multi language website.
But we can’t activate the theme for any of the languages (5 in total maybe more).
I hope we won’t have to buy one licence by sub folder because we use one domain.
Please reply in this comment, We don’t want to pay a renew for the support because you write in the theme 1 license = 1 domain = 1 website
So it should work natively.
