Where can I find the documentation for the theme? The responses here are very slow for us decide whether we are going to use the theme or not. We have a project to complete and with the pace of support we are getting. Simple things are not explained well.

The theme is decently built. But it is not very flexible. It does not provide the features which some of the basic (or even free) themes do. Also, there is an increasing number of dissatisfied customers on the forum who would echo my thought. I recently had some additional coding done by design invento to add thumbnails to the dashboard and to allow for posts to be unpublished/sold. The work they did was fantastic, they did exactly what was needed and it has gone into the site perfectly Very recommended

The main reason why everyone buy this them that's because it's a classifieds theme. But the classified plugin that comes with this theme is built with an obsolete framework called Vafpress, Vafpress has not been updated since 4 years. So the theme is full of bugs and hard to customize.I also have to mention that the documentation is very lazy.

I just acquire this template 25/11/2016, i had to pay a developer to remove the bugs. the first bug you will get is that you don't know how to activate the user functionality? no possible to register or sing in. 2nd bug is that you are not able to have the user login in with their Facebook account. it seems that the classiads was more a pain in a ass for me than a helping template. Sorry but if you want to use this template count inside a developer cost to fix the bugs first .

Sad to see how bad this theme is...Its not drag and drop like the Author says. Its not RTL support like the Author says. It is FILLED with bugs (No profile pictures, Java doesnt load correctly) The frontend for users to upload new ads - IS HORRIBLE. The Support is BAD! - No open forum discussion, just private messages with the Author. Stay away from this theme till the author will fix the bugs and change the description he gave... I believe that the description the Author gave for the theme is mostly uncorrect, he just wrote stuff to make more sales.Also, I would like Envato to check this theme again, this is for sure not the quality that I am used to get on Themeforest. I really feel that I wasted 50$ on a pile of buggy code.

Very buggy theme. There are bunch of strings missing from .po file, so, translation is a total pain. chnaging fonts from setting didnt work me. in previous version mobile menu did't work. when you add new ad, location list is ordered by reverse alpabatecillay. in new ad when you type address, there is a message appearing in the footer of the website. i dont remember i have had to contact them for support in the ticksy website.

After the update to the latest version all the listings are not loading their content inside. And the their author is showing as the Admin. There are registered users with active listings and the content is not there! In the admin panel all listing can be see, But in the front thew are empty. URGENT – I’ve created a ticket, but this website is alive and I can not wait 1-2 days.

- ads can't be posted in multiple categories / subcategories - ads are not meant to post through "back-end/dashboard", need to post them using front-end, which is highly inconvenient. - on the mobile device your feature ads don't appear - "home page" is limited for modification. only stuck with elements given within the template.

I do not need a marketplace, but a regular ad catalog. 3. Is it possible to show different currencies for different countries? or For each region create separate tariffs? Or implement this with the plugin https://www.if-so.com/? 4. Is adding paid ads implemented using Woocommerce? 6. If a person pays a tariff, his ad is automatically highlighted, or does everything have to be done manually in the admin panel? 7. Whit the new update5.5 this theme works better than ever, very flexible to use as ads board, I made some changes and use Ultimate Member to registry and control users instead the original Form module and works fine.

Unfortunately the customization is not easy as they make it sound before buying. lots of issues once i installed the demo theme and finding it very hard to customize it and no proper customization guide provided by theme authors and they responded to one of my queries with “just ignore it” if continues that way i dont think ill use this theme

I’ve had problems with the header as well, and the theme selections only working half of the time. Support is awful and suggested my hosting site is problematic. Worst experience ever here. I agree with above comments that it takes way too much time if you’ve got a deadline.

Hi, I get an error on the whole website when I activate the Classiads Pro Core plugin. When deactivated, site is working, as soon as I activating it I get an error “There has been a critical error on this website.” Any suggestions? All the system status are good and green. Excellent design, possibilité de changer quasi tout via le tableau de bord facilement, la FAQ repond à presque toutes vos questions. Serieusement, je vous le recommande si comme moi vous ne voulez pas vous casser la tete ou que votre budget est limité. Customer support very poor. I wrote 3 email to support but still no response. It looks like developers giving answers only until you buy the item. After purchase no answer from them and no support. It calls cheating client.

This is not a good a theme. It's very bulky and poorly documented and the customer service is horrible and very aggressive and I have requested a refund but nothing has happened yet. I would strongly not recommend this theme.
