The theme itself is pretty well written imo, and if you hit any problems they will be there by your side (which is getting more and more rare amongst theme developers). Beautiful theme, but its broken in multiple places.. very disappointing. THERE IS NO IDX/MLS INTEGRATION BUILT IN. It is borderline lying to say such - I asked support and they told me to get a third party plugin to "integrate it". With that logic any wordpress site is compatible with MLS. But the worst thing is that the Google maps api integration is poor at best, and I cannot get it to let me enter ADDRESSES because the map fails to load. I've followed the dev's "documentation" which is poor and very minimal, to set it up; used Google to try to find a functional setup and still no dice. It's a real shame because the one who suffers is our client, who has to deal with this site now because the developers of this theme couldn't make a functional properties system nor could they provide adequate documentation. Poor.

Great Theme, well designed with perfect UI. It includes most of the features required for a real estate theme. It gives you the ability to style your website in many different style options by using a variety of prebuilt Shortcodes, Widgets and plugins.

Though there is room for improvement in the Areas of FREE Map integration and other UI setting but its definitely a sleek and Intuitive real-estate theme, and customer support is very prompt

This theme still needs a lot of work, it have some problems in RTL and other problem with search form design because it is not fully customizable like other Real Estate theme

Although I am no coder, I have been engaged in the building websites for myself and clients for some 20 years or more since the days of hand-coding HTML when sites were extremely simple, right up to the present crop of WordPress wonders. The wife and I established a real estate business and website in 2004 and since then we have gone thru more than a dozen iterations of the site. But I have never come across a theme nor support for a theme that matches InWavethemes and their offering, Reality. The support (and features) start where others end. Lots of thought and initiative has been invested here. I really applaud them for this effort and look forward to seeing their future work with great anticipation.../IanM

This theme is one of the best real estate themes I have seen. I love the interface, the customizability and also the customer support is good.

Customer Support is amazing. Anytime I have ever had a problem they have fix it in a very timely manner.

Very poor customer service. They promised to fix the error of the recently purchased Wordpress template, but after two weeks the error still exists and they don't answer, although we sent them several messages... Very unprofessional behavior. We do not recommend. We will try to refund money.

This is a great theme. It has a lot of flexibility and functionality. Most important thing is that the Customer support is just awesome. Whenever I have a question, they are ready to help me.

Excellent theme, very comprehensive design with maximum flexibility and good demos. Lacking pre-built Visual Bakery section templates to drag-n-drop new pages, but can build them manually using existing full pages.

This is the best real estate theme I've ever seen. It is very beautiful. It is easy to customize the entire website from admin panel, add unlimited features and categories. Support is great and very fast. I've installed this theme on www.avenueghana.com

Bugs. Many bugs and issues... :( Many strings are not translatable, mobile-logo is not possible to set in Header Style 4. Bad counting of categories (I've 2 properties of specific category, but in "iw-categories-property" it shows 0.

This is by far, the most outstanding real estate theme I have ever come across. The customer support is excellent, Vodka is always ready to assist no matter how difficult the problem may be. You deserve more than 5 stars.

The template has no possibility of creating custom search fields. Also, there is no option that will allow you to have different filter or search fields for different type of properties. Let's say you have apartments and lands for sale. It is useless to have a filter or search field with "Bathrooms" in the Lands for sale page. We contacted the support team and they say it's not possible to have a different type of fields or custom fields. The only thing you can do is to translate the fields using some external plugin but this will not fix the problem. Hope I made my point. Thanks.EDIT - Added one more star for the fast support reply! I do not recommend this theme because their support is bad. Poor theme support. Theme hasn't been updated since 2018.

In fact, there is only 5 demos. The author tries to trick us out like there are 10+ layouts. There is only 5. Then he asks, as you can see from other users’ comments, ftp and cpanel access to install the Home Property Slider or 360 Property Slider manually. Then, invoke connectivity issues, etc. It is a corrupted theme, with no elements that are presented as being included in the price. I paid and lost that money. Support is extremely delayed and liar.

Great Estate theme with a lot of functionalities and a well designed interface, with a lot of documentation. I also appreciated the great support, the best i ever experienced.

i think this theme and company closed. no update to current php supported version and no update for 1 year. too bad bc theme was pretty good actually.
