The example pages do not download, the theme live either, 10 days ago that the owner of the theme is spinning me and does not send me the files, really a scam

Not very professional job most of the compnents are configured with Authors personal mail chimp. Forms don't work backend quality is below avarage. Not many options in demo data. Basicaly you buying 1 page theme.

I have purchased the Auto Insurance WordPress theme, and when i got to install demo content, the demo content is not working and it is showing me the following message. “Request failed. Error code: 404”.
Please send me demo content file or help me to fix this issue.
