If I’m already running Wordpress 5.4 on my site but need to update the theme to the most recent version, should I delete the theme files from the server then upload the new ones via FTP? I had to do that with a handful of other sites I’d designed using another theme that ran into the same issue with Envato.

I have the dandelion them installed and want to make the WooCommerce shop page full width but it doesn’t work (also not when I choose the full width template). I tried several css codes but nothing seems to work. Can you help?

what is the latest version of the theme ? I can’t seem to find version number anywhere although I can see date of last update which was august 2020. I seem to have a very old version 3.1.0 running

I need help updating the Dandelion theme on my wordpress site but I don’t have the envato password for the account (TaxAdvise) that our previous web developer created when he purchased the theme (10 years ago!)...i downloaded the envato market plugin and followed instructions regarding the API but, again, need the envato password. The only thing I have is the username (TaxAdvise) and API shown in the wordpress theme updater tab. Please let me know how to proceed. I am not tech proficient and having too many error messages in wordpress and can no longer publish a blog. You can email me at [email protected]. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. P.S.
