Hello, it’s my first time I upload a theme and I got an installing failure. I use bluehost platform, at the end of installing I see this message: ” Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed. ” Where can I get a style.css file?

envato market plugin not showing the theme in installable files. When I try to add this as single item in my wordpress login, it says “The Token or Item ID is incorrect” But same token shows the other themes purchased

I just wanted to let you know the theme is unusable in a real-world situation. It loads 2 x CSS files. Main CSS, then a secondary CSS file. The Main CSS is 4.8 MB & Secondary CSS is around 1MB. This is almost 6 MB for CSS which is a huge amount of bandwidth to spend on CSS. Even with caching/minification the best result might be 3-3.5 MB. Are we missing something here? Are both CSS files really needed?

Just to let you know that none of the testimonials / sliders are automatically rotating anymore on your own site and one that I have using your template, Is some JS broken?

I have a problem installing this html version. I have problem moving the folders around. I copied the img, js, fonts, etc and put the html files in the home folder but i cannot get the pictures to display.

How long does it take to receive a response normally from submitting a ticket on the support website? I renewed my support to get help but concerned because I hadn’t received anything.
