Hello Xaver! I am using your Business Template 3.0. It is supposed to be responsive but it seems to be not to. I tried it on different platforms and it was a fixed layout everywhere. Is there an option to activate responsiveness or is it a bug? Thanks!

Hi There. I bought the My Business Newsletter builder a few years ago and I use it on a regular basis. However, this morning when I go to https://mytemplatebuilder.revaxarts-themes.com/ I cannot login. At first it says my purchase code is valid, then I hit the submit button and then your system tells me that the purchase code is inivalid. If I go to item support at https://mailster.co/login/ it also tells me that the purchase code is invalid, even though this is my code that is listed under your product on my Envato Account. Please can you assist me as this is urgent.

I use them in conjunction with MailChimp and I send them to thousands of clients every week. So far I have found them to be the best, most reliable templates that I have come across on Themeforest. They work, and you don’t have stupid formatting issues like I have experienced with so many other responsive email builders. My only criticism is that I wish they would create more templates.
