Can you make the responsive header sticky? Currently only the desktop header is sticky; but we need the mobile header to be sticky too

Hi, its due to inactive twitter feed widget. Activate it as per the help document provided.
If you do not need twitter feed, remove its jquery from index.html (right at the bottom) and its function form custom.js.
