We’ve purchased this theme twice over the last decade and we need to do updates to a client’s theme to upgrade their website to the latest PHP, WordPress, and plugin versions. It appears that the theme was last updated in 2019 and based on the theme Software Version details shown above, it does not support the latest version of WordPress, which is 5.5.1. The last supported version of WordPress listed is: Last Update 17 July 19 Software Version WordPress 4.8.x, WordPress 4.7.x. Question about theme updates. Hi, I am wondering if you guys are discontinuing advances/upgrades to the Digon photography theme? We built a client’s website on it several years ago and although we found it a tad awkward for usability, we love the general appearance. We don’t want to have to switch to a different, supported theme, however, we also don’t want to risk security breaches by running un-maintained themes that are not being regularly updated. I know you’re going to be putting out an update for basic functionality for 5.5, but is the theme otherwise going to cease having upgrades/newer versions to close security holes in the programming/code? The last advances we can detect were over two years ago based on the Envato “Last updated date” and the change log. What is the general length of time you support your themes before discontinuing them? Please let me know.

Dear Imaginem, In 2013 we purchased the Digon Template for our website. The account was set-up by someone who previously worked here but unfortunatley they have left and did not record the account details. We have pruchased the updated template of Digon using a new accounnt and would like support with how to install this on our current website. We tried clicking update on word press 1 year ago and the website disapeared because of an error. Please let us knnow how we can fix this problem and install the update we just re-purchased Kind Regards Michael

Had the theme for a while now and loving it Quick question: As we’ve progressed with our site, the number of nested sub-menus have naturally increased, and as a result viewing the menu on a mobile has become quite long and unwieldy. Is there a way to add say a ’+’ to the main menu items, which users can then click in order for a further drop down of these sub-menu titles to then appear on a mobile? Many thanks!
