the theme's wordpress option didnt work with wordpress. exiting with bugs. All requests for support and refund have fallen on deaf ears.

The theme is not complete anymore because you need to download plugins from a location that doesn`t exist anymore, so all innerpages and the slider are useless.Support, no one is responding on complaints. So totally useless theme at this moment. Hope there will be a working updated version soon on themeforest

Customizing this theme is just difficult! Not recommended for beginners or somebody with low Wordpress experience!

I have reached out 2 times on an issue regarding page builder. I purchased this theme and expect a reply. No reply. I looked at the support forum and comments and it appears there is very limited reply by CKThemes. This is pathetic. I'll never buy another product from them and will make sure all my developer contacts never purchase products from them.

The design is clearly amazing; clean, minimalistic and very modern, huge thumbs up for that. But more importantly is the SUPPORT! We had an issue and they were so kind as to help us with the set up and solved all of our questions over the weekend, we are ready to roll now and are so hopeful with this beautiful theme to present a WOW project.Thanks CK Themes!
