I purchased your theme and when I try to install it for WordPress it gives the error and I get this error “Failed to load package. The theme does not contain style.css style file.”
I would be glad if you help me in this regard.

i have been struggling with installation of this theme after purchase, and this is what i get as reason why installation is not successful: The package could not be installed. “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”

2) Please is there anywhere users and admin can view tracking orders?? and does all items shipped have a special tracking number ?? so i can monitor all my shipped items in different location thanks i just need a dashboard showing all this details thanks i would be patiently waiting for your reply .

Well, first of this is not theme as this is html template.
1) Now about our support – we can insure very good support and reply within 24 hour. Also for adding new feature – you can recommended us then we will think about that.
2) Tracking order of item in not functional in out template.
3) Sorry! there is no admin panel bcz this is just html template.

Alright thanks for your support response this is quite fast and I love it. I would like to customize your theme in such a way user and admin can track order of item with full details.
