How do I update the footer? All I can see is a bunch of numbers and letters in the static content where the footer reads from. I love the theme and purchased so long ago that support is expired. I just need help with this. Any chance you can throw me a bone, thanks!

Hi, I noticed with a recent update that the portfolio types don’t show up correctly. When i place a portfolio list on a page and select the template type “Grid – Rows”, it also adds the filters. When i add the portfolio type “Grid Rows with Filtering”, it shows up blank on the front end.

In the last update a bug has occurred. If you have Total Cache plugin then icon_box and headline_box from Visual Composer does not work. It may be a problem from wpbakery latest version.

Hello there, 1. I can not interfere with the footer menu. I want to change the names and links of the menu part in the footer menu, the logo and the bottom part. 2. The theme has icons in the top menu. We bought the theme but there are no icons in the top menu. Could you describe it? 3. I also can not find the place to change the icons in the lower middle of the theme. I’m glad you helped me. Thank you. Ahmet Atamer

I’ve been using Moxie for the past year or so for my personal website and recently, it came up as a white, blank screen on my GoDaddy host. I tried all the usual things: deactivating plugins, reloading the theme, etc.) I even tried creating a subdomain and did a fresh install of Wordpress and of the theme—same result. After spending quite a bit of time with the GoDaddy people, they declared it was a problem with the theme, which my tests seem to bear out. Are you looking into this and will there be an update with a fix coming soon?

About new internet traffic which is more than 50% made with mobile phones you consider Moxie theme it is a actual theme? Or do you recommend a lighter theme and targeted for mobile from Paralleus portfolio. Thanks.

Hi, I just deployed the latest version of this Theme to my staging site, and noticed that the Slider Revolution won’t install. I submitted a ticket to support as well. Thanks.

I downloaded the latest theme files, but the bundled plugins do not appear to be included. I need the VC update for this theme…

You mention that no one else has had the same problem as dereklc, but I am having the EXACT problem now and also did subdomain install. Picked a different theme and then no white screen. Choose Moxie theme = white screen. This sucks! And support feels like a rip off; it feels like the developer changes something, and then wants me to pay again. I’m seriously considering another theme. dereklc Purchased 10 months ago I’ve been using Moxie for the past year or so for my personal website and recently, it came up as a white, blank screen on my GoDaddy host. How do you enable footer widgets to show? Site is fully patched but widget content will not show up, I am not using static content. I just want simple text widget to show in Footer – Top Section and Footer – Bottom Section. Anyone have same issue?
