Hello!
How to localize custom fields in the Home Page template (Home Page-Style 3), for example: 1,2,3 st Column Heading & Column Text, Section Heading, Section Sub Hading, View All Articles Text, as well as the menu in the upper-left corner. The site is in two languages, I use the WPML plugin and when I switch the site to another language, the text entered in these fields is displayed only in one language. I need these fields to change – each in its own language

Is it possible to disallow all users post questions but only answer questions. Only Admin to post questions.
